“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”
(John F. Kennedy)

I love symmetry and numbers.

Today is March 1, 2017… and this is our 301st post since we began writing here at Happy Living. Our 301st post is dated 3/01/17. It wasn’t planned, I promise you. It just happened and I love that!

I also love writing for you, and finding other voices to write for you too. We all write with one simple goal in mind… to inspire you, our dear reader, to believe that a better self is always possible, today, everyday, for the rest of your life. I believe writing one post at a time, and inspiring one person at a time, is the way Happy Living is meant to improve the health and wellbeing of the world. Put simply, writing to inspire you is our purpose.

So today, for our 301st post, I celebrate the incredible people who made our first 300 posts possible by sharing their writing on Happy Living for you!

Thank You!

With lots and lots of gratitude and a full heart I say thank you to all of our contributors. If they have inspired you, as they have me, please send them a note of thanks too!

Journey of Knowledge

I also celebrate the fantastic journey of knowledge writing for you has taken us on. We began nearly three years ago with an editorial map called our Seven Foundations of Health. It helped us stay disciplined in selecting topics to research, experiment with, and ultimately present to you as completed posts. Along the way, we’ve discovered fascinating side streets that captured our attention and helped expand our topics from seven categories into eighteen. I wonder what’s around the next turn :).

Thank You, Readers!

And most importantly, I celebrate you, our awesome readers all around the globe. You support our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of the world, one person at a time. You aspire to a better life for yourself and for those you love. You believe, as we do, that a better self is always possible, today, everyday, for the rest of your life.

You inspire us to write, and to live by the words we write too. You are our purpose at Happy Living and we are so grateful to you. You are the reason I’m so excited about where our next 300 posts will take us!

Thank you for sharing the journey of Happy Living with us…

I wish you every success you can imagine!!!
