Today, we are excited to feature the voice of Shreya Kundu. Shreya writes that the content in Turning Inspiration into Action, will resonate with everyone and that it is an inspiring, introspective and informative book.
I believe that everyone will resonate with the content of this book. Who hasn’t made plans and then procrastinated? Though doubt, fear, and procrastination have their place, overdoing them can lead to zero progress. So the author’s use of the word ‘gravity’ as a metaphor for all the friction we face is life towards achieving our goals is so apt.
The author’s suggestion to reduce this gravity is by asking What, Why, and How. The implementation of these questions is explained with the help of the ups and downs the author faced in his life, thus making the book personal not preachy.
The author also stresses on the principles of Kaizen for doing small actions or improvements on a regular basis than trying to achieve huge goals in a small span of time.
Overall, Inspiring, Introspective, Informative book. -Shreya Kundu
