“Happiness never decreases by being shared.”
If we met up for coffee, I would probably share with you that I’m doing my third round of Whole30 and really enjoying some new podcasts. I would ask about what you’re into these days and if you’ve watched any good movies. When I catch up with friends, neighbors, and family, I talk about the things that are making me feel good and happy. I want to share what is working for me and learn about the things and ideas that are inspiring others.
When we launched Happy Living, our mission was simple: to improve the health and wellbeing of the world, one person at a time. Our hope is to help our community live long – with health, abundance, and compassion. We research and experiment with concepts and products that promote our health and happiness… so we can share what we learn with you!
Introducing Happy Living Products
We revamped our products page just for that reason. If there’s a product or resource that is helping us, we want to share it with you. Our products page is the central location where you can find “Happy Living Used & Approved” items. As an introduction, here are the highlights of the first two sections: our bookshelf and our documentaries.
Books provide a wealth of information and inspiration for happy living.
We seek and screen documentaries that promote health, abundance, and compassion.
Documentaries are a wonderful way to gain exposure to new topics. They inspire us to question what we know, conduct research to educate ourselves, take action within our lives, and then share our findings with you.
While we might not have the opportunity to grab a cup of coffee together, there are still plenty of ways we can connect and share information! Follow Happy Living on Facebook and Twitter for the latest on what’s inspiring us.
And, one more thing! We will be at the 2015 Paleo f(x)™ Conference in Austin, Texas on Friday, April 24 to Sunday, April 26. We are excited to spend a few days researching, learning, and networking with thought leaders in the health and wellness industry. If you are attending, let us know!
